Delete your Combat Critters account

You can delete your online account at any time. You don't need the account to play: everything works offline.

In the game

1. Open Settings.
2. Tap your online account.
3. Tap Delete my account and confirm.

Without the game

Email [email protected] from the email address you sign in with, with the subject Delete my account. Add your Keeper name and tag (for example Ril Fan#1234) if you know it. We delete the account within 30 days and write back when it's done.

What is deleted, and what is kept

Your sign-in, Keeper profile, friends, messages, trades in progress, PvP record, online Silver and online cards are deleted. A few records are kept so the game stays fair and safe for everyone else, such as a card's history for the players who own it now, and what's needed to keep a banned player from coming back. The privacy policy lists everything, and how long each record is kept.

The save on your phone isn't touched. It carries on as an offline save.
